There's certainly no harm in thinking about it. But you're right, we wouldn't want to start a mutiny. An eye for an eye tends to get a little out of hand.
In any case, I think we're letting this analogy get away from us. My point is that in a situation like this, there's absolutely no benefit to getting rid of someone because they don't hold a particular skillet. We're "all hands on deck" out here. :)
