1 - Technically, it is what we already have. It's a set of scripts automating things we'd have to do manually otherwise, like maintaining calendars or public notes and re-distributing them to everyone who needs them whenever they're updated. Since human memory is imperfect, this can save time and cut down opportunities for human error in project coordination.

2 - Yes and no. Like I said, the sets might have useful parts, so they shouldn't be used but destroying them outright would be a waste.

3 - Let me explore some options and get back to you.
