keep your mag boots on at all times. if the station stops spinning and we go into zero g, you're not going to have much fun floating in the middle of a room. you can engage them by leaning back on your heels or tapping your heels together, if you're in a bind and can't manage that. it'll feel like you're sticking to the floor for a while, but you'll get used to it.
the station's not at a full g, obviously, so you're going to feel off for a while. if the spin is making you nauseous, try to walk spinward instead of against it. it helps. you'll probably feel shitty regardless, but you'll get used to it.
and you'll have to keep up with some sort of fitness routine. there's not as much gravity to work against here, especially for an earther, so you'll lose muscle mass quickly.
