So.
Any theories yet?
Not just in regards to our being here, mind you, but for the disaster that seems to have befallen the previous crew here.
Personally, I'm starting to wonder if this station isn't a living thing in its own right.
But maybe that sounds a little crazy? Haha.
Please don't be shy to share your thoughts with me.
As a rookie detective, I'd be open to hearing whatever insights you might be able to provide.

Betrayal's a funny thing, isn't it? How many times has Ryuji been betrayed in his life by people he ought to have been able to trust? His father. His coach. His track team. Akechi. It's like there's all this pent up anger and resentment, beginning with the cornerstone that began with a one (1) Ryuji Sakamoto as a kid, cowering under the fist of his own paternal role model.
He gets it, Akechi. He does.
But there are always going to be things in your life that you just find really, really hard to forgive. It's what keeps him from sending the following:
Idiot. You think we wouldn't have protected you?
We won. We got Shido's heart in the end. What did it matter?
And instead, he sighs, closes the communicator and decides to come back to this later when his head isn't filled with the buzzing swarm of bees that threaten to sting and bite, a wasp nest of savagery that cuts with each of his words.
Whatever, man. Life is life.]
Yeah, you're probably right.
I don't know you that well.

We're a long way from home, you know.
And I did die, after all.
Give me a few weeks before you accuse me of planning things behind your back, hm?
