This morning, I received a message on my communicator from the username m.muller. When I tried to message them back, all I received was an error. I don't recognize her, but maybe someone else will.

[So Mako attaches a video file. There's a woman with frizzy red hair and freckles on screen, looking slightly panicked. "My name is Martina Muller," she says, and her voice is calm and slightly accented. There's a sudden crash behind her, and she cuts herself off with a gasp. "You have to warn the others! There is a traitor on board. Wherever you are, there is a traitor on board, you have to–"

And then the message cuts off.]

It seems like not everyone received it, so it wasn't a network wide broadcast. As far as I can tell, it came from the station, but I don't know where.

I also tried to unlock one of the doors. I've figured out which wires control the locking mechanism, but nothing I did to override or overload them seemed to work. Has anyone else had any luck?

i got real sleepy. like nyquil levels of suddenly slumping all over. those tranq darts they shoot cheetahs and other big kitties with on national geographic.

and usually i'm kind of hyper.

Something similar happened to my friend. Maybe the station has defense mechanisms we don't understand yet.

yeah. sounds about right. somebody really fucked up in this place.

you gonna bring someone to try and break that door down?

[he'd volunteer, but suddenly he's hesitant, not sure if he should expose his better-than-human strength.]

I'm not sure. I don't know what would happen if we broke through a door instead of just a few panels.

If you want someone to try, I know a guy.

[also known as: himself, in black armor, with his face concealed, just in case that happens to be a good idea when you're lost in space.]

It might be dangerous. Are they willing to take that risk?

Yeah.

He's kind of crazy.

But the good way, you know. Desperate times and all.

Okay. If they're sure. I've been hearing strange things.

[crayzies]

Yeah. Me too.

It's kind of freaking me out. We got some weird stuff in my world, but not like this.

I know how you feel. It doesn't seem like we're working with the same rules.

Was it aliens for you guys too?

Beings from other planets.

[setpoint]

[Wow, nailed it.]

Yes. They opened a portal between our world and theirs and tried to colonize Earth.

[crayzies]

What?

Shit.

What? Seriously?

Shiiit.

[setpoint]

[Yeah, that's an understandable way of putting it.]

I haven't met anyone else from Earth who knows what I'm talking about.

Well, what happened in my world was kind of half of that. No portals as far as I know. But they came with their giant machine monsters and everything. We had to use their tech to fight back.
