Apparently a number of us have been experiencing hallucinations. Some aural, some visual. I happened to be able to record mine...

[ What follows is a shaky, first person visual of a corridor on deck 3. It might have been recorded via the wrist communicator, but savvy viewers will be able to tell that the perspective is more eye-level than wrist level. At first, nothing happens, then suddenly there's a loud CRASH! and a shower of sparks as the wall and ceiling panels explode, exposing wires from behind them. The perspective changes as Haruto falls to the ground, and after a stunned moment, everything is suddenly back to normal. There are no sparks, no exposed wires, no collapsed panels. The video ends just as the sound of approaching footsteps begins. ]

I do not know if others witnessed the same hallucination I did, or something else. But this should be impossible. Anyone with any insight would be appreciated.

That's alright. It's interesting to know that I wasn't the only one to experience this. Reassuring, almost.

it's more like...
the ship is fixing itself.

i mean maybe it's a hallucination but that'd be pretty weird.

It shouldn't have happened, not something like this.

No, I think you're right. I don't think it's a hallucination at all.
If it were, I wouldn't have been able to record it.

It sounds strange to say, but I think it -was- real. At least for a moment.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to record it.

Do you know of other "memories" besides the hallucinations?

I know of similar matters. Nothing that could be clarified entirely by science.

I wouldn't have these scrapes and bruises from being tossed around otherwise.

It was like a glimpse of something, wasn't it? Like a glimpse of something may have happened in the past?

anyway, doesn't that mean something like a bunch of people having the same hallucinations?
that's a real thing that happens. it could be this.

It's possible. @noir confirmed they saw the same thing I did.

Like... some kind of temporal echo?

[ That sounds completely impossible, but then so does them all being kidnapped to space. ]

haha. that does sound like something i'd do.

and besides, it's not the best explanation.
honestly, i'd guess it's something more like magic?
or maybe something super high-tech
which is basically magic, anyway?
so i guess it all comes back to that.

it's usually just easier to call it magic than go with the whole "god's crystallized word" explanation.
you end up doing a lot of the same stuff anyway, you know?

yeah, technology makes the most sense to me too.
it would explain some of the other weird things too?

None of what you just said makes any sense to me.

No. I think we left "normal" behind on Earth.
... For those of us who came from Earth, anyway.

So it only makes sense that we start thinking far outside of our normal. How many more people have experienced the hallucinations? Have they all been the same hallucination as you and I had?

it's real? as far as i can tell.
a few people got stuck in a door when they tried to open it.
i don't think it was all the same door? so there's that.

That's what I'm trying to find out with this post. Someone told me about auditory hallucinations, people hearing voices, but she didn't mention what they heard specifically.
