I guess it begs the question; are there people here not from Earth? I've never met anyone outside of Earth myself.

To answer your question, yes and hello! Now you have!

Oh! How wonderful! Now I can say I have met someone who doesn't come from Earth. How is that possible? Where do you live if not Earth?

It looks like we're from completely different realities since I've never heard of Earth before coming here.

I've lived a few different places, but I don't think you'd recognize their names sorry

I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised about different realities existing.

I am rather curious though. You could tell me about them if you wanted?

Before this I was on a starship, and I lived on another ship before that for a while. My home world's mostly grasslands, and I also spent some time on a desert planet. And then I've been to a lot of different places all over the galaxy too.

Do you have a particular reason that you travel so much?

I suppose you don't need a reason to travel. Is it interesting getting to see all of the different worlds that you do?

[merging]

Yeah, it is. I didn't go offworld for the first time until I was 14, so it was a little overwhelming at first.

[mapsio]

Do you have one that is particularly memorable? I apologize for all of the questions.

[merging]

Don't worry about it. Honestly there's so many it's hard to choose one.

The first time I was in space was pretty incredible. And then there was the purgill? But that'd be hard to explain to someone from a different galaxy. I mean, do you guys have hyperspace?

[mapsio]

Well, no. We certainly don't have hyperspace. Our planet has managed to get into space, but as for space exploration. I would say the discoveries are rather slim with what the galaxy seems to have to offer.

Ok so I'm gonna make this as simple as I possibly can

Hyperspace is like the way we travel right?? That's a huge simplification of it but basically it's believed we learned how to travel through hyperspace by watching the purgill which are these huge creatures that live in space!

But obviously that's just a story and not many people believe it

EXCEPT! I got to watch purgill make a hyperspace jump

and I don't know it's amazing learning about something like that?

I would have to agree with you. If I had the opportunity to watch something like that happen I would probably take it as a similar learning experience.

Things on Earth just don't get that exciting, I'm afraid.

There's gotta be something. What about you? What's one of your favorite experiences on Earth?

[mapsio]

The night sky is one of my favorite things. Especially on a clear night where you can see all of the constellations.

[merging]

Sounds nice. I've always liked watching the moons rise in the night sky on my home world.

[mapsio]

Sometimes it is rare to see the stars where I live. Big cities tend to obscure the beauty.

[merging]

Well, now you can see them all the time, right?

[mapsio]

It's not quite the same. But, the sentiment is there.

Yeah, it's definitely different. But there's something nice about seeing the stars from up here.

[mapsio]

The beauty is a small distraction from the situation around us.
