A lot's been happening.

[ honestly? he's just glad that he hasn't actually faded into nothingness like he'd been scared he would. ] And I haven't made as much progress on the plants and seeds as I'd like.

But the good news is, the seeds we found are viable and they're growing. They're all catalogued, too, and if something goes wrong with the replicators, we won't starve.

[ probably. he's pretty sure on this one. ] I still want to improve the nutritional value of the various species as much as I can, but for now, I think we should spread out the plants. The station seems build for it and honestly? It's a good idea. Means that if something goes wrong on one end, we might not lose everything.

[ although this station, much like any other, is a simple complex system. cascades of failure can happen. ]

So. I found something very important. [Lapis says, with a tone of which that suggests that it's not really at all important, especially when its punctuated with an ugly snort of laughter. Whatever it is, Lapis seems to have gotten a huge kick out of it, considering she's waving around the magazine article she is. She quickly clears her throat and begins reading:]

[She pauses, and waves the article again, clearly amused as hell. For anyone who knows Lapis, these all sound like bold faced lies.]

You know, I'm kind of flattered people believe this about me. I have no idea what half of these things I supposedly fix are, but you know. I'm your Gem for this stuff, apparently.

[Here's a face that may or may not be familiar. Although in the past Ezra's stuck with text, he figures a video will probably work better for this. Some people had known he was palpatine on the holonet, some hadn't, and there wasn't much of a point in hiding without the Empire around. So here's a teenager, clad in Jedi robes, and pretty confused about what's going on. As usual.]

Today I woke up on Deck 6, which is you know kinda weird when my room's on Deck 4 and I'd expect to wake up in my bed and all that... And then I checked the holonet. And there's like a million messages and a million new people I haven't seen around talking about things I don't know about and- I guess what I'm saying is, I think I left? And time still did its thing or whatever, but I don't remember leaving or anything.

[But considering everything else, this isn't that weird?]

Anyways, if you do know me, would you mind filling me in on what you can? How long has it been since you saw me, what's happened, how much you missed me, anything you think is relevant, you get it. And if you don't know me? Well... nice to meet you? That's it, I think.

[It’s been four days since the Operator arrived in this strange place. [They’re getting carried away. Funny how they seem to do that in this form. It’s just their luck that its brain would be as overly sensitive as its body. They take a deep breath, trying to get back on track.]

Does anyone know if there are any manner of communication jammers or cloaking devices engaged on or around this station? Or anything else that might make someone within it difficult to track?

Also, I think this body might be dying.

two questions is it normal for humans to lose limbs like ive seen some bugs that just grow them back are you all like that or what and secondly are they finders keepers i mean youre obviously not using them anymore so like why do you need them right

I'm going to the planet below sometime soon when I feel like it. This is an open offer to anyone to come with me. Just know that I refuse to guarantee anyone's safety, so if you can't survive in space without oxygen or on unknown planets with unknown atmospheres, you might wanna reconsider coming along.

I've been informed that introducing oneself in this manner is advisable to those who have recently found themselves on board.

My name is Connor. I am a CyberLife RK800 model android. [It was important to introduce himself this way. CyberLife androids, though very realistic, weren't ever supposed to be deceptive about their true natures. His carefully measured words and tone and even the way he moved, his expressions, all reinforced his claim. And, if there were any other doubts that he might not be an android, he had a small, circular LED on the side of his temple that flickered blue from time to time as he spoke.]

I've been granted access to all messages transmitted publicly over the inter-station network. There have been some very odd occurrences, not to mention our sudden arrival here, the locked areas of the station, and it's absent crew. A while back Amos posted some tips about living in space. One of those is exercising—muscles atrophy in low-g much faster than on a proper planet, and we don't all want to turn into noodles. Most of you probably don't know anything about resistance training in space, though, so that's where I come in. If anyone wants a trainer, drop me a line, and if any of you want to learn self-defense or how to throw a solid punch, I can help with that, too. Unfortunately I don't have a gun, so I can't help anyone there.

It seems as though there are quite a few animals showing up on the station?
I thought it might be prudent to have a sort of pet registry, so we at least know who to return them to if we find them wandering the station.
We know how dangerous this place can be, after all, and I wouldn't want any of them to get themselves hurt.

On that note, there's a white cat who followed me to my room.
I'd like to get her back to whoever lost her.
