What do we do if it stops working and we don't have backup food?

On the positive side, the androids and myself won't die.

On the negative side, well.
That much is obvious.

I believe people are working on matters with botany but beyond that, I don't know if there is enough for so many people. Alternative solutions would be wise.

I mean, not thinking of solutions, because I don't have any good ideas, but just that the more plans we have the better probably.

The only other idea I have is going to the planet below to see if it has any form of life that the lot of you can survive off of.

However, it would be difficult to get there as circumstances are right now.

If we find more plants, we might be able to generate food that way. If they're the right kind of plants. There's a lot that can be done with soy, for example.

If not, we should hope nothing happens to the food supply we already have.

We wouldn't be able to make it risk free, but we'd be able to minimize the risk. So probably yes.

But someone is working on that replicator thing, and someone else is about to break into some kind of plant room, and those plants can maybe be cloned so we have lots of food??
