Devils? Now that sounds like something familiar. Though the use of "us" is certainly interesting. What do devils mean to you, exactly? If you don't mind me asking, of course.

If the person asking is interested enough, you could describe the various countries, cultures, political climates, etc. There's plenty to talk about.

I know of the devil, of course. All that biblical stuff. We have something quite similar, but different on my Earth. There are demons, many of them, all grotesque in their own ways. Though I've never heard of any of them being referred to as the "Great Antagonist".

What does it mean, being one of her? How many of you are there?

I've never heard of something like that happening before, three people being the devil. More than three. Or the devil imposing part of themselves into different beings.

I think, though we might both be from Earth, that our worlds are actually very different. I'm quite familiar with Hell myself, and that doesn't sound like something I've heard of. And I would have, had it happened recently.

It sounds like you accept that part of yourself. Welcome it, even. How refreshing.

it happens a lot where i'm from.
bad kids let the devil into their heart, and the good kids just beat it out of them. you know?
transformation sequence, bring down the power of god, and that's that.
if you haven't heard about anything like that then i guess we must be from different places.

honestly, i'm just angry it took me this long?
eighteen years. i guess that's not as bad as it could be, but
it's like i spent all that time trying to wear clothes that didn't fit, and just beating myself up over it?
and now suddenly everything fits, and everything makes sense, and it doesn't hurt anymore.

i wouldn't want anyone to be unable to accept it.
i wish everyone could feel like this one day.

Demons are all creations of one demon who was thrown from the garden of Eden. There isn't anything about the devil splitting himself into the hearts of children, bad or otherwise. It's interesting, the similarities and differences between our worlds.
