As of this moment, I no longer require any blood donations from those who have offered me in the past, or from those who regularly provided. I thank you for what you have given me. Where I am from, such a thing would be impossible if I were honest with my heritage and requirements. If I can ever repay you for your kindness and generosity, know that I will do so swiftly.
To the rest of you, I wished to speak briefly of the clinic. I have been very fortunate to gain the assistance of Hajime, Jun, and Jennifer who wish to either learn how to help medically or already have the capability to assist. Should there be anyone else who wishes to learn, I will teach you what I know.
However, it has come to my attention due to recent circumstances that I was not as forward thinking as I would have liked. I am equipped to assist with individuals who are primarily organic in nature whose biology is similar enough to a human's. I was less prepared with others, like androids. I have come to learn the anatomy of one, and I have been advised on how to assist with others. I recommend if you have unique needs that you inform me. If you wish to make it a private conversation, I am available to you.
Those who have healing magic, I would ask that you inform me privately. I want to know who else I can rely on. I do not insist, but if supplies end up dwindling or an injury is too great, it will help.
...Lastly. Should any other medical professional have arrived and you are able to help, I encourage you to speak. I am prepared to relinquish my position to someone with more years of experience than I.
Thank you.

What brought us here might not be what's toying with us. There are strange forces at work, I think.
I'll make my way down there.
[ And true to his word, he'll walk in a few minutes later, looking around to see if he can find Adrian. ]

When the doors open and he sees the familiar face, Alucard bows his head in greeting.]
It's good to see you again. Please, make yourself as comfortable as you can.
no subject
I'm comfortable enough but thank you. And it's good to see you too.
[ He glances over at some of the equipment. ]
So I should probably explain how I do what I do.
no subject
You have my attention.

Imagine, if you will, a slot of a certain size and shape. Now. You can put just about anything through that slot, of course. You can fold things or shove them through, but there's a chance of crinkling it or damaging it. And it's a lot easier if you know the right size and shape.
[ He nods to Adrian. ]
My abilities are the same. I can use pure strength to do any number of things, but if I know how they work properly, I can direct the energy much more efficiently with a lower chance for trouble.
no subject
Can you provide me with an example? That may give me an idea of how to better use your abilities.
no subject
Can you give me a knife or something to cut with? I'll show you.
no subject
Here. If it's not too unwieldy.
no subject
Just slice it right here, if you don't mind. The material, not me, please.
no subject
[He's curious to see where this ends up going, but Alucard obeys, easily using the tip of his blade to slice into the fabric.]
Suitable?

Now, I can put my hand to this, speak a word and it will be mended.
[ He presses the material together and says a word, Mend, and if Alucard is the sort to be sensitive to changes in reality, he might hear a light rushing noise. And when he pulls his finger away, the clothing will be whole again. He doesn't bother Alucard again, dragging his finger along the same line to open the seam again. ]
I Willed it to be mended, and with a burst of power, it was mended. But-
[ This time, he runs his fingers along the side, the strands reweaving the material together, whole as his finger runs. This time, no rushing noise, but he might hear the lightest whisper.]
Knowing how the material is woven, I can instead simply tell the strands to knit together, which uses far less energy and makes far less... noise, for lack of a better word.
[ He looks up.]
I could touch someone and say 'Heal' and they would be healed, but I will have a great deal more control and know better what to actually do if I know how it's supposed to work.
years later... now that i am not dying sdkfh i'm sorry
With the explanation and the example, Alucard nods.]
Thank you for the demonstration. That was incredibly helpful.
So, to know how to heal someone, how to normally assist them with basic aid before healing would help you. Yes?
and here I go taking forever back; sorry!
[ He spreads his hands.]
And the more I understand of how it happens naturally, the more reliable my work will be.
