[After finding a new communicator in a mug and seeing that it didn't have a username registered... Lucifer figured he could try actually talking directly to the station, without the proxy of Kira.]
Good Evening, Reverie Station.
I have been wondering something that is not immediately relevant. How many of you believe in God? Or in Gods? If you do, do you worship them?
Conversely, do you believe in Hell? Demons? The Devil?
I realize this is a lot of questions, and I apologize, but it would be quite nice if you would satisfy my curiosity.
One more question- for those faithful and those who are not, how would you react, should you meet someone that turns out to be the First of the Fallen? Whether you believe or not, let's say in this hypothetical situation that you do.

To answer your question: I would believe that you believe that of yourself. [ hypothetical what's that ]

I do identify as such, yes. Your thoughts on that, then? I suppose you'll think I'm mad. That's probably the smartest answer.

I think if enough people believe in them, then it becomes true.
That depends if they are nice or not and don't want to harm others. If they do, we might have a problem.

She goes for 'cautiously truthful.']
I believe in God. I suppose-- though I'm not a very good one--I'd consider myself Christian. So I believe in the devil and the like as well, but... I feel a little... Bad for him, I suppose. [But this is Jennifer, who sympathizes with Everyone.]
I've met an angel here--Or, at least, someone with angel wings... To be honest, so many strange things have happened, I'm not sure it'd be right to question much of anything anymore.
no subject
Especially as a Christian. You have been told many things over the course of your life, no doubt.
[Honestly, he was pretty sure that the person with angel wings that this one has met was likely Venus. She was hard to miss, what with the light and all, and despite herself she did have a kind aura.]
You must be curious. Curiosity is one of humanity's greatest strengths.

Or, like, well, she can, but probably not in the spirit it's supposed to be?]
I don't "believe" in things like that. Apparently there are worlds where those things are real, though, so it doesn't matter what anyone believes about it.
What's he doing?
no subject
Right now, sitting on bed. In this hypothetical situation, probably not terribly much aside from speaking to a fellow sapient being. Honestly, there is not much better to do on this station.

As for how I'd react? Uh... probably the same way I treat Venus tbh which is like everyone else. I believe that God wants us to show compassion and treat all beings fairly. I guess I'd be a little nervous because of all the hype? But, you know that's about it.
no subject
[That's a joke, mostly. Lucifer laughs bitterly to himself. "Show compassion and treat all beings fairly"? In all honesty, Lucifer respected those who did live by that kind of creed.]
"All of the hype" is an interesting way to put it. I like it. I do hope the nervousness could be dispelled.

Me? Worship a God? Pah!
On the contrary, Gods worship and are in service to me!

Either you're a demon, this first of the fallen, or a pretentious asshole who wishes he was.
I don't think either of those options appeal to anyone with any sense.

also that probably means you're the devil?
hi! i'm venus. i'm also the devil sort of? it might be different where you're from.
i hope you're doing okay on the station!
also i guess i should answer your questions.
i believe in god because he's said a lot of things to me.
i'd say we've talked but i don't think he's really the listening type? he's too self-important for that. haha.
hell is definitely real, or at least as real as heaven is.
i've never really been to either but i hope i can someday.
and also, i'd probably ask a lot of questions?? like, the first devil. wow. that's super cool.
i'd probably want some advice because i'm sort of new to this whole thing?
but aside from that... i'd want to be there for them.
because it seems like they probably wouldn't have very many people here that would be. you know?
and no devil should have to be alone.
no subject
It really is a different kind of situation, isn't it?]
Thank you! I thought it was a good one. Very fitting for myself! You certainly are a very different kind of devil than I am used to dealing with. [Honestly, he had thought that she knew who he was, but he was beginning to understand the misunderstanding that had begun when they met. With her wings, her eyes, and her having angered God.]
I am Lucifer. I'd say it's good to meet you, but I already know you, Venus. [There was no need to lie. He could take this private if he needed to.] I honestly don't know what kind of advice I could give you, but I am happy to help, if you need it.
It's kind of you to think of the devil's feelings.

I am not sure I've ever 'hung out' before. [Not AS Lucifer, anyway. As Kira, yes of COURSE, but just. He's not sure how well his two personalities(though they were both fake to a degree) meshed together.
He'd never tried.]
It wouldn't be strange, with me being so much older?

The biggest thing that bars me here is that well. There isn't exactly much proof I can give to prove my identity, is there? Unless you simply take me on my word, or the black feathered wings are enough to convince you.
But a healthy skepticism isn't bad either. Especially for a journalist! Study and learn, and seek the truth.
I like it.
