can someone tell me what kind of animal this is?



i've never seen anything like it before and i don't think it likes me very much but it lives here now?? not in my part of the quarters though

something completely different
i've been trying to get the bar into working shape and i used to work as a bartender back home, which i liked
if i can be more useful doing something else, let me know, but if not
would anyone mind if i try to keep the bar in shape and run it? not for money, just for something to do
some of the bottles there have stuff that's still good so we might as well

They have that reputation, yeah.
They're a species known for scavanging through anything they can get their hands on to survive. They're also pretty intelligent.
In cities, they were often treated as pests because they broke open garbage containers and got into trash, so they could be a vector for disease. Not to mention their reputation for rabies..
That isn't likely to be an issue here.

I'm a little curious about how a raccoon managed to end up here. They're known to carry rabies, so you might want to approach it carefully.

I think not approaching it is a good idea. At least until you can figure out how to safely get it out of your room.
